Child poverty

The were 3.9 Million children living in poverty between 2018-2019.

1.6 Million pensioners in the UK live in poverty

Homeless

In the UK there are a total of 84,900 ouseholds (which may contain more than one person) that are classified as HOMELESS.

In London alone 4,677 people were seen sleeping rough in London in 2019.

SYRIA
Child poverty

The were 7.3 Million Syrian children are in desperate need of assistance.

More than 80% of Syrians living below poverty line.

13.5 Million people were in need of humanitarian aid.

Refugees

6.8 Million  people are displaced internally having fled their homes, and over 5 Million fleeing to other countries. 

EGYPT

More than One Million street children in Alexandria and Cairo alone. 

The are 15.6 Million or 52.2% children are living in poverty, with 9.8 million or 28.8% living in Extreme Poverty.

Overall, 22 Million Egyptians live in Extreme Poverty.

25% unemployment rate in Egypt.

PALESTINE
Poverty

60% of the population in the West Bank and Gaza live under the povertyline of 1.50£ per day.

Unemployment

About 43% of Gaza’s 1.8 Million residents are unemployed; the figure is said to be the Highst in the World.

Orphans

More than 20 thousand orphans live inside Gaza alone.
